PHOTO AND LIABILITY RELEASE
I UNDERSTAND THAT RIDING MOTORCYCLES IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS AND I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY. The risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, equipment or actions of other participants.
For and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in a Heavy Enduro Training (the “Event”), I hereby release Heavy Enduro, LLC, its members, employees, volunteers, organizers and other participants (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims and demands, rights and causes of action of any kind whatsoever which I now have or later may have resulting from, arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event. This release extends to any and all claims against the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, disability, personal injury, or property damage, whether such claims result from negligence on the part of any or all Released Parties or with respect to the conditions, qualifications, instructions or procedures under which this event is conducted or from any injuries resulting to myself or my property during or in connection with this activity.
I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in the Event, and have not been advised against participation by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity or event.
I indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in the Event.
I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT THERE MAY BE PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS OF TAKEN OF ME DURING THE EVENT.
I hereby grant and authorize Heavy Enduro the right to edit, alter, copy and make use of any and all photos or videos taken of me to be used in and/or for promotional materials without payment or consideration. This grant of use includes but is not limited to publishing on internet, emails, social media, advertisement fliers and in whatever other manner Heavy Enduro finds useful or for any other lawful purpose. I understand and agree that these materials will become Heavy Enduro property.
