HEavy Training
For years HE has noticed a gap in the adventure and dualsport community. A lot of people buy these bikes and immediately want to go on a guided tour. Which is amazing and we totally support that. However, a common theme is many are ill-prepared for even a few days in the backcountry. Many riders have great street experience but don’t realize the new skillset needed to tackle off-road adventures safely. A ride that may take an experienced rider half a day getting to the next campsite may take a new rider 12 hours with many drops and a lot of damage to the bike and potentially to themselves or others. As a result, we see many new riders throw in the towel after just one challenging ride and we don’t blame them. It is zero fun struggling through tough terrain and constantly picking up a heavy bike. Just one day with the right trainer can equip you with enough skills to tackle those rides. The right training can make you a more proficient and safer rider that can confidently read the terrain and successfully navigate it.
Heavy Enduro is committed to getting you our on an adventure and we are proud to announce a partnership with The Cliff’s Insane Terrain. We have negotiated a private section of the park, dedicated to adventure and dual sport training! The facility offers a unique opportunity to train in a private area and then take the skills you just learned and ride 300 acres of varied trails with obstacles you will encounter on BDR type rides. We intend to give you a strong base of skills allowing you to go further safely.
One-on-One
Private training tailored to your goals and your bike. Whether your GSA has never left the pavement or you’ve already tackled local adventure rides and are ready to tackle more challenging terrain, we’ll customize our training to get you to that next level.
Small group
Sometimes it’s better to roll with the pack. Meet other riders and build that skillset together in a small group setting. Options are available to reserve as a group or we’ll match you up with up to 5 other riders.
